Layaway Terms and Conditions:
Layaway items require 1/3 down payment and paid in full within 90 days unless otherwise specified. All layaway payments are non-refundable. Any items not paid in full at 90 day deadline are forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping:
Tracking information is provided via email for all purchases. All merchandise is shipped through USPS unless arranged otherwise. Once items are in possession/scanned by USPS, Heritage Style LLC is not liable for delayed, lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
Return Policy:
Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn merchandise postmarked to be returned within 5 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the receipt. Heritage Style LLC may refuse service to anyone.
Please note that NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND can be processed through Sezzle transactions. Exchange or store credit can by issued on items purchased through Sezzle if unworn merchandise is pockmarked 5 days upon delivery.

Repairs:
Proof of purchase is required for all repair requests. Repair requests on any item older than one year from purchase date will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
